| Chair to discuss direction of committee and interests
Baz directed the committee on the agenda and discussed Healthwatch updates.

| Work programme Project Updates/ Intelligence/Feedback update – Public issues
BT – presented the Healthwatch Annual Report and gave a progress update.
BT talked about the visit from David Croisdale Appleby (Chair of Healthwatch England)
Updates given based on Annual Report to HWBB:
Annual Reports – Healthwatch Staffordshire
BT updated on the deep dive investigations and how these are progressing.
Year 3 deep dive investigations: 1. 999 Ambulance call out times (Cat 2 and Cat 3) 2. Admissions Avoidance 3. Hospital Discharges
We discussed Healthwatch Complaints Policy. Healthwatch England sent out to all local HW a template document. The committee approved this document, and it will be next sent to Support Staffordshire Board for final approval.
