Healthwatch Staffordshire is the independent champion for local people’s voices in health and social care in Staffordshire, and it is delivered by Engaging Communities Solutions CIC (ECS). Healthwatch Staffordshire, was established in April 2013 with the primary aim of improving the services offered to local people in the areas of NHS health care, adult and children’s social care by collecting their stories of the experiences of receiving care and support then taking these to the decision-makers to seek to influence the improvement of services locally.
