Complete Healthwatch Staffordshire’s Public Health Priorities Survey.

Healthwatch Staffordshire are the independent local champion for health and social care services in Staffordshire. Part of our role is to understand the experiences of people who are using the services and to give people an opportunity to speak up and have their voices heard. 

Healthwatch Staffordshire is carrying out a survey on ‘What are the Staffordshire publics health and social care priorities’

We want to know what health and social care services are important to you.

The core purpose of Healthwatch Staffordshire is of making sure the views of the public shape the health and social care services they need, with your support and involvement, we can raise awareness of key issues affecting your local health and social care services and recommend improvements to providers and commissioners of services. So do please register to attend the accompanying Eventbrite meetings (details here) and complete the attached survey, let us know what’s important to you!

This survey will help to find out about what is of concern to you. Your feedback is anonymous. Your information is important, and we must ensure that it is used appropriately, secured safely and it not passed on to other organisations without your permission. We will use your anonymous information with that from other people to help the Healthwatch Staffordshire Advisory Board choose its work programme priorities for the year 2021 to 2022.
