I have a very sore throat and headache. Tried to book test but only days showing are Saturday and Sunday with no appointments available?! How do I book a test when my symptoms don’t meet getting tested through the NHS!!

      Hi Claire

Your best option would be to request a home test if you cannot get an appointment. You can do this through the Covid-19 app or the website.
Both of your symptoms do qualify for a test however.
What area do you live in?

      Hi Jennifer

      Thankyou for your enquiry.
Apologies for the late reply. I understand this may be too late for you but if you are unable to book a test you can request a home test via the NHS app or website?
There are 2 mobile testing centres that travel around Staffordshire. The dates will be on the NHS portal or Staffordshire County Council’s website if not on our website.
If your son does not have symptoms you can book a test here
I hope this helps or that you have managed to organise a test already.
If we can help further then please reply to this message or call 0800 051 8371.

      Kind regards
