Place Branding Staffordshire

Overview

The County Council is working with business leaders, our universities and other public sector partners to grow Staffordshire’s economy and create more, better paid jobs for our people. This work is more important than ever following the enormous shock from coronavirus to our economy and way of life.

This work includes an exciting new project to create a new place brand for the county, or in other words a tool to help us promote Staffordshire and attract business, talent, visitors and students. It is the story of our county, past, present and future – and the places and the people that make it special. We want to use the new place brand to build local pride and confidence in our great county, and to help us promote Staffordshire as we reignite our economy post coronavirus.

We want to hear what makes you proud about Staffordshire, how you feel about the area, and how you might like it to develop in the future. To give us your views, please complete the online survey by clicking on the link below.

Also, if you would like to get involved further, we are hosting four ‘virtual’ workshops using the Zoom platform on the following dates:

  • 16th July 2020 – 14:30-16:00
  • 22nd July 2020 – 17:00-18:30
  • 23rd July 2020 – 13:00-14:30
  • 30th July 2020 – 09:00-10:30

If you would like to take part in one of these events, please register using this link  and the joining instructions with further information will follow ahead of the session.
