coronavirus has caused some stressful situations but I’ve now told them to take my off as I was rudely spoken too and felt the receptionist was arguing with me when there was no need. I am unable to answer my phone at work- due to following safeguarding policies to answer coronavirus questions before hand- when I tried to call after work it was closed and my lunch break no answer after ringing a few times. It is not professional or nice to speak to patients the way she did. I got her upset about this situation and therefore will no longer use there services. I suggest they invest in some staff customer training and learn to speak to people with appropriate manor.
