Ignorant, arrogant and inept.

A new level of "poor service". Left for a week with no prescription, I suspect it was deliberate.
Refusals of medications prescribed by a hospital consultant, refusal of face to face appointment, even after a qualified pharmacist said I needed to be examined by a doctor because of a severe infection.
A phone system that will cut off when in a "queue" and inaudible when connected. Over 180 calls to get to speak to a receptionist.
Rude, dismissive and arrogant doctors who treat you like dirt.
This must be one of the worst surgeries in the country.
