. To many Managers trying to run this as a business , when it isn’t one. The clinically untrained patient facing staff on the receptions are at best uncaring about patients needs. When I have tried to contact this surgery when feeling unwell I have always found it an unpleasant experience , and have always felt worse than I did in the first place . Somebody needs to be held accountable for the disgraceful service .
Staff (including managers) are, at best uncaring but generally just rude. They completely discriminate against working people who do not have hours to sit waiting on the phone at 8am and 2pm just to get told to ring again
