heart review tried phoning over 50 times no answer went online couldn't get a face to face appointment so got a phone appointment when nurse rings me she thinks I am at the surgery to have my bloods taken then abuses me for taking up aphone appointment to be fair she then makes an appointment for me I have not had my conditions monitored in anyway by this practise even though I have a heart condition and diabetes
I have tried call the gp for over a week. The line is constantly engaged. After calling the Samuel Johnson for advice they suggested writing to the surgery and asking for a referral for a scan. This was hand delivered on Tuesday 18 October. I have heard nothing since.
I have had to pay twice for private treatment because I cannot get through to my own gp.
with the surgery. I do see it’s hard to get an appointment- from what I can gather it’s the sheer demand! But when you do get an appt I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with a few members of staff who do truly care- Donna, Rosie, mel and Olivia have all been great in dealing with on the day illnesses.
