First Person Complex Care

First Person Complex Care is a specialist nurse-led care provider based in Staffordshire. We provide tailored care packages for children and young adults with complex needs arising from illness, injury or disability.

We work closely with families, Clinical Commissioning Groups, Local Authorities and Case Managers to deliver flexible, responsive, high quality, home/community-based care. We also deliver expert advice and bespoke training solutions for individuals and organisations working with children and young adults who have complex needs.

Our services are provided across Staffordshire, Stoke on Trent and the surrounding areas.
