Dementia Action Week – Community Event 1/2

Next week there are two Community Events in Staffordshire for Dementia Action Week. Emma will be attending both of these.

The first will be held outside Boots at Festival Park in Stoke on Trent. Come along to meet Emma and tell us about your experiences of local health and social care.
