Dementia Action Week – Community Event 2/2

Emma will be at this Dementia event at Affinity shopping centre at Talke next Wednesday.  Please come along and help her understand your experience of local health and social care.

According to Healthy Stoke-on-Trent: “Stoke-on-Trent City Council and the Integrated Care Board are hosting two community events during Dementia Action Week. A number of exhibitors will be at both venues … to talk about support services available within the local community”
