The Bread and Butter Thing
A project called The Bread and Butter Thing is starting up in East Staffordshire.
They describe themselves as a “mobile food club” with the following aim:
“Our mission is to unleash the power of food and ignite long-lasting change in struggling neighbourhoods across the UK.”
There are four locations being set up between November and January, one in Uttoxeter (already started) and three in Burton-upon-Trent. They are looking for members and for volunteers to help provide the service.
